Who is Mike Kemp

Mike Kemp is an experienced real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Realty serving South Florida including. Palm Beach County. Broward County and Martin / St Lucie County. I have assisted in transactions throughout Florida as far as Panama City Beach and have also referred buyers and sellers to agents in other states to help buy and sell homes.  My clients include home buyers, home sellers, and property investors.

 Prior to becoming a licensed real estate agent, I worked in the mortgage industry and understand both sides of a transaction. Earlier in my career. I was a Staffing Recruiter/New Business Account Manager. I used my research and negotiation skills to match prospective employees with employers.

 I get the most satisfaction when seeing the reaction on a buyer’s face when they get the keys to their new home or the sellers getting the home sold in a timely fashion and moving to their new home. Satisfaction comes from a win-win solution for all involved.  I use my extensive network, technology, listening skills, and research expertise to facilitate the transactions in a timely and stress-free manner. 

 Building relationships is key. I'm not here for just the transaction but to build a long term relationship. Home sellers and Buyers can be assured that I am not a high-pressure salesperson but a business partner in your transaction. I am your trusted partner in selling, buying, or renting.  When it’s time to get it sold. I'll get it SOLD.  I'll have professional photographs taken to showcase the property’s beauty and value. The customized marketing plan may include glossy brochures, direct mail, online advertising, YouTube videos, property websites, and other marketing assets. My clients often praise me for making the process easy and keeping them informed.

 When I find time. I enjoy fishing, billiards, racquetball, boating, poker, are among some of my interests. I'm also committed to finding ways to give back to the community including volunteering at a food pantry and beach day cleanups and various other ways.
